This week Ant and Tom are putting the world to rights. Firstly, George Osbourne has announced the 'tampon tax' in his Autumn Statement and Spending Review. This has led to lots of right-on types piping up on the Internet to bemoan the fact that women shouldn't have to pay exclusively for women's charities. Surly, the real issue here is, why is there a tax on these product at all?
Comedian, Anthony Jeselnik defends his views of the reactionary comedy he put out around the time of the World Trade Centre attacks and how sending your thoughts and prayers on social media doesn't help. What are your views on these subjects? Let us know on the social links below.
Vladimir Putin has built a huge War Centre to tackle ISIS... or was that its original intent? China has produced weaponised robots for the fight against terrorism and also to help out in crises. What could go wrong? Bo Deitl went on Fox News to advise on how not to be a target in a terror attack and ends up basically advising us all to racially profile everyone. Thumbs up!
The trailer dropped this week for Captain America: Civil War, which gets dissected a bit and there was an easter egg in the second-last episode of Dr Who that some sharp-eyed Star Wars nerd spotted.
A ranty show this week, but one with a lot of talking points. Please get in touch with your views by using the links below.
